TTon4 Gone?

Anyone know where TT on 4 (Channel 4) has gone?

It was the only British TV channel broadcasting FTA on a Europe-wide transponder (12480 MHz, 27500 MS/s, Vertical), even if it was just a test signal and availble to expats in the Costa Blanca Spain for free, with no Sky viewing card, adn available on a small satellite dish.

It ceased broadcast on the 13th January 2010, and the channel label was deleted as well which suggests its not coming back.

You can still access Channel 4 on this same satellite and frequency., but you will require a Sky viewing card.

Using your Sky remote control:
Go to services,
add channels:
12,480 V 27500 2/3
Find Channels
It will find a Channel 4 and a Channel 4 +1
Press the yellow button to put a tick next to them
Then select to save new channels........

Channel 4 & Chanel 4+1 will now be in your Services, Other channels list.

If you have a freesat from sky card you can only access the Channel 4's on that frequency setting.

If you have a subscription card, and the "variety" mix, then you can also add and watch the E4 and More4 channels
